ICAR-NAARM signs MoU with VAMNICOM

The ICAR-National Academy of Agricultural Research Management, Hyderabad signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Vaikunth Mehta National Institute of Cooperative Management (VAMNICOM), Pune, Maharashtra (A Grant-in-Aid Institution under the Department of Agriculture, Cooperation & Farmers’ Welfare, Ministry of Agricultural & Farmers’ Welfare) today.

Dr. Ch. Srinivasa Rao, Director, ICAR-NAARM and Dr. Hema Yadav, Director, VAMNICOM signed the MoU on the behalf of their organizations.

Dr. Rao and Dr. Yadav stated that the MoU will create opportunities to develop the programmes for cooperation in training, education and other knowledge-based activities on the basis of reciprocity and mutual benefits.

Dr. G. Venkateshwarlu, Joint Director, ICAR-NAARM outlined that the MoU provides an overarching framework for collaboration in the various areas like training programmes, education, research & projects, exchange of information and expertise of mutual interests.

The senior officials of both the organizations were present during the occasion.
