A three-day online training programme on “Agripreneurship Development through Cashew Production and Post-harvest technologies” was jointly organised by ICAR-Directorate of Cashew Research, Puttur and MANAGE, Hyderabad from 22-24, November, 2023.

29th November- 1st December 2023, Ludhiana

ICAR-Indian Institute of Maize Research, Ludhiana organised a master training programme on “Best management practices in maize for profitable bioethanol production” from 29th November to 1st December 2023. The training programme aimed to enlighten stakeholders from the ethanol industry and their collaborators about the best practices in maize management to enhance productivity and facilitate bioethanol production.

16th November 2023, Umktieh, Ri-Bhoi

ICAR-KVK, Ri-Bhoi today organized a day-long programme on “Training cum field visit” under the topic of “Integrated Farming System (IFS) with special reference to livestock integration” for 18 progressive farmers under Janjatiya Gaurav Diwas with “FXB India Suraksha-a NGO of “Umktieh” village of Ri-Bhoi district, Meghalaya today.

8th – 11th November 2023, Ladakh

ICAR-National Research Centre on Yak, Dirang, Arunachal Pradesh conducted three awareness-cum -supportive programmes on scientific yak husbandry in collaboration with the Department of Animal Husbandry, UT of Ladakh during 8th to 11th November, 2023 at Hanlay and Khaltse in Leh district and Bodhkharboo in Kargil district of the Union Territory.

15th -17th November, 2023, Nagpur

The ICAR-national Bureau of Soil Survey and Land Use Planning, Nagpur organized 3-day Training Programme on “Pension & Retirement Benefits” from 15th to 17th November 2023. The main objective of the training programme was to enrich the knowledge, enhancing competency and efficiency among the Administrative and Finance staff personnel working in the ICAR Institutes.

3rd – 9th November 2023, Nawada

ICAR-Central Inland Fisheries Research Institute, Barrackpore organized a 7-day capacity building program on “Inland Fisheries management” for the fish farmers of Nawada District, Bihar during 03-09 November 2023.
