The Indian Institute of Oilseeds Research, Hyderabad under its TSP organized Niger Field Day at Genjigadda village Chintapalle, Vyzag, Andhra Pradesh on 22^nd November - 2018.

The 10 day-long ICAR-sponsored Short Course on “Development of Agri-Entrepreneurship in NEH Region: A way for doubling the farmers’ income” concluded on . The course was organized by the ICAR-Research Complex for North Eastern Hills Region, Nagaland Centre, Medziphema from 27^th November to 6^th December - 2018.

The ICAR-Central Institute of Freshwater Aquaculture organized “Farmers” meet and awareness programme on Scientific Aquaculture Development in Manipur” today at College of Agriculture, Imphal. The programme was organized in collaboration with the Central Agricultural University, Imphal; ICAR Research Complex for North Eastern Hills Region - Manipur Center and Directorate of Fisheries, Government of Manipur.

The ICAR-Central Inland Fisheries Research Institute, Barrackpore organized two-day workshop on “Metagenomics in Fisheries Research” from 1^st to 2^nd December - 2018.

Eight-day Model Training Course on “Advanced engineering training for management of natural resources in watershed” is being organized by the ICAR-Indian Institute of Soil & Water Conservation, Research Centre, Udhagamandalam from 27^th November to 04^th December - 2018 at IISWC Regional Centre.

The ICAR-Indian Institute of Farming Systems Research, Modipuram organized a brain storming session on “Indigenous organic practices including zero budget natural farming (ZBNF) vs. Scientific Organic Farming” at Tamil Nadu Agricultural University, Coimbatore on 28^th November - 2018.

ICAR-Indian Institute of Soil and Water Conservation, Research Centre, Ooty organized Department of Science and Technology (DST) sponsored National level training program on “Advances in Integrated Watershed Management for Rural Livelihood” during 12-23 November 2018 at Udhagamandalam, Ooty.
