Training and Capacity Building Programme on Automobile Maintenance, Road Safety and Behavioural Skills

ICAR-Central Institute of Agricultural Engineering, Bhopal in coordination with HRM Unit, ICAR HQs, conducted five-day training programme on “Automobile Maintenance, Road Safety and Behavioural Skills” for regular Drivers in Technical Grades from ICAR-Institutes/HQs in four batches during February 20-24, March 06-10, July 18-22 and September 19-23, 2017.

ICAR-Central Inland Fisheries Research Institute, Barrackpore organized three-day training programme on “Management of Wetland (maun) Fisheries” at Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Piprakothi, Motihari for maun fishers of East Champaran district from 6-8 August 2017 under NFDB sponsored project “Fisheries development in four wetlands of East Champaran district of Bihar.       

ICAR-CITH organized workshop in Leh

ICAR-Central Institute of Temperate Horticulture, Srinagar in collaboration with ICAR-CPRI, Shimla, ICAR-IIVR, Varanasi, ICAR-IIHR, Banglore, ICAR-CAZRI RS Leh and HMAARI, SKUAST-K, Leh organied two days workshop on “Development of horticulture under cold arid region of Ladakh for enhancing quality production and improving livelihood” at SKUAST-K Campus Leh from 23rd to 24th August, 2017. The workshop was attended by around 135 participants including farmers from different areas of Ladakh, officers from line departments and scientists from ICAR and SKUAST Kashmir.
