ICRAF Delegation Meets ICAR DG to Discuss Five-Year Agroforestry Work Plan

A four-member delegation from the International Centre for Research in Agroforestry (ICRAF), led by Dr. Robert Nasi, Director General, Center for International Forestry Research, and Director of Science, CIFOR-ICRAF, paid a courtesy visit to Dr. M. L. Jat, Secretary (DARE) & Director General, (ICAR), at Krishi Bhawan today.

The meeting focused on advancing collaboration between ICAR and ICRAF, with discussions centred on key issues in agroforestry. Both sides explored opportunities for strengthening research partnerships and outlined priorities for developing a joint five-year work plan to promote sustainable agroforestry practices in India.
